Purchasing a Music or Message On Hold unit with personalized recording involves several steps:

1. Click Here to create an order. Enter your contact details and credit card information in our secure shopping cart. Your personal details will not be shared with anyone.
    

2. After creating an order and providing your payment information, you will be able to visit our online form to provide script information, choose background music and finalize your order. This link will be provided on the completed payment page and in your email receipt.
    

3. We’ll produce your recording and ship your equipment and recording. Once arrived, you plug the on hold unit into your phone system (installation instructions included) and you’re done! You may also need the Take 2 Unit. Read below or click here for more information.

Remember – if you have a business telephone system, you need only our on hold message unit.  If you do not have a business telephone system, you may need the “Take 2” unit in addition to the on hold message unit. For information on the "Take 2 unit",
